Micro and nano positioning

Optical setups often include components that must be moved very precisely, like camera’s, sensors or probes. Sometimes the movement must be slow, sometimes fast, but always as silently as possible. Often the movements must be programmable in the software of your choice.

We supply high-quality stepper motor stages, and ultrasonic linear motor stages. Typical resolutions for our stages are nanometers and micrometers. We can customize products if you can not find exactly what you need.

Nanometer positioning typically requires environmental vibration elimination. Our large range of vibration isolation optical tables and platforms will minimize floor vibration down to VC-F levels at application level.
